The Ray-Ban RB3786 is a rimless sunglass in colour 002/81 — black metal with a polished finish and matching temples. It is a rimless frame on adjustable nose pads, built to be worn daily rather than saved for occasions. Browse the rest of our Ray-Ban range, or see how it sits against the other rimless sunglasses we stock.
Who the RB3786 suits
The RB3786 is a medium-sized frame — 56mm lens, metal temples, narrow width across the front. Ray-Ban lists it as suiting oval and round face shapes. It is listed as unisex, and sits with the rest of our unisex sunglasses. The only fit test worth trusting is a direct one: hold a pair you already wear beside this frame and compare the numbers stamped inside the temple. If the lens width is close and the bridge matches, the fit will be close too.
Lens and UV protection
The RB3786 ships with polarised dark grey polycarbonate lenses. Polarisation cuts glare bouncing off flat surfaces — wet road, water, car bonnets — rather than simply darkening the view. At 11.6% light transmission it is a dark tint made for bright sun and open glare, and still fine for driving. Every lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB — full UV400 protection. It also appears in our polarised sunglasses.
Size and fit
The size code is 56–18–140: a 56mm lens, an 18mm bridge and 140mm temples. Those three numbers are printed on the inside of the left temple arm on every Ray-Ban, including whatever you are wearing now. Measure the lens width on a pair you already own and compare it against this frame's 56mm. Full measurements are in the Product Details panel.

Ray-Ban RB3786 — common questions
Does the RB3786 come with lenses?
Yes. It arrives with Ray-Ban's own dark grey sun lenses fitted and ready to wear straight out of the box. If you'd rather have your prescription in them, we can do that too — message us on WhatsApp and our team will talk you through the options.
What size is the RB3786?
56–18–140, which is a 56mm lens, 18mm bridge and 140mm temples — a medium-sized frame. Check the inside of the temple arm on a pair you already own; the same three numbers are printed there.
Is the RB3786 polarised?
Yes. These are genuine polarised lenses, which is a different thing from a dark tint — polarisation filters out reflected glare rather than just reducing brightness overall.
Taneja Opticals has been a trusted name in the eyewear industry since 1994. Every pair is sourced directly from the brand, straight to you.

No prescription needed. Choose this if you just want the frame for its look, or want a blue-light filter for screen use without any correction.
One lens, seamless correction from near to far, with no visible line between zones. Ideal if you already wear progressives, or want to stop switching glasses through the day.
