The Ray-Ban RX7217 is a full-rim rectangle optical frame, shown here in colour 8260: black injected plastic across the front with a polished finish, and matching temples. It is part of our Ray-Ban eyeglasses range, and sits with the rest of our rectangle eyeglasses.
Who the RX7217 suits
This is a large frame, which fits best on medium to wider faces. The temples are acetate. The bridge is a high bridge fit, and the fitting is wide across the front. Ray-Ban lists the shape as flattering on oval and round faces. It is a unisex frame, and sits with the rest of our unisex eyeglasses.
Lenses and prescription
The RX7217 arrives with clear zero-power demo lenses already fitted, so it is wearable exactly as it comes. If you do need a prescription, it is ready for one: single-vision, progressive, bifocal and blue-cut are all available, with anti-reflective, scratch-resistant and photochromic treatments on top. The size code reads 52-22-145: a 52mm lens width, a 22mm bridge and 145mm temple arms. Lens height is 40mm and the frame measures 134mm hinge to hinge. Changed your mind? Frame orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, and return shipping is free — by courier or at either of our Dehradun boutiques. The item needs to be unused, with its original tags and packaging intact; once it passes inspection, your refund is issued. As prescription lenses are made specifically for you, orders with fitted lenses are final sale.
