The Opium OP10374 is a rimless rectangle sunglass, shown here in colour C04: gunmetal across the front with a shiny finish. It is a rimless frame, with the lenses mounted directly to the bridge and temples, built to be worn daily rather than saved for occasions. Browse the rest of our Opium sunglasses, or see how it sits against the other rectangle sunglasses we stock.
Who the OP10374 suits
This is a medium-sized frame, with a 53mm lens width across the front. A metal front holds a fine profile and keeps the frame slim across the face. It is listed as unisex, and sits with the rest of our unisex sunglasses. The only fit test worth trusting is a direct one: hold a pair you already wear beside this frame and compare the numbers printed inside the temple arm. If the lens width is close and the bridge matches, the fit will be close too.
Lens and UV protection
The OP10374 ships with gold polycarbonate lenses, fitted and ready to wear - a solid tint that darkens evenly across the whole lens. Every lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB - full UV400 protection. Prescription sun lenses can be fitted to this frame as an option; message us on WhatsApp or hop on a call and our opticians will talk you through what is possible, from the comfort of your home.
Size and fit
The size code reads 53-18-149: a 53mm lens width, an 18mm bridge and 149mm temple arms. The quickest way to know whether it will fit is to read the same three numbers off a pair you already wear and compare them against these. Full measurements are in the Product Details panel.

Opium OP10374 - common questions
Does the OP10374 come with lenses?
Yes. It arrives with sun lenses already fitted, so it is ready to wear straight from the box. If you would rather have your prescription in them, that is an option on top - message us on WhatsApp and our team will talk you through it.
What size is the OP10374?
53-18-149, a medium-sized frame: a 53mm lens, an 18mm bridge and 149mm temples. The same three numbers are printed inside the left temple arm of most frames, so you can check them against a pair you already own.
Is the OP10374 polarised?
No. These lenses are tinted and carry full UV400 protection, but they are not polarised. If glare off road and water is your main concern, message us on WhatsApp and we will point you at the polarised models we stock.

No prescription needed. Choose this if you just want the frame for its look, or want a blue-light filter for screen use without any correction.
One lens, seamless correction from near to far, with no visible line between zones. Ideal if you already wear progressives, or want to stop switching glasses through the day.
